A LEADING Nissan dealership has started an innovative new campaign to try and get more women behind the wheel of the best-selling 100% all-electric car, the Nissan LEAF.
Motorline Nissan launched their #LadiesLoveLEAF challenge on social media and aim to get 100 women test driving the vehicle at its dealerships in Tunbridge Wells, Maidstone, Dartford and Crawley between now and September 1st.
Therese Wynn-Davies, Innovation Specialist at Motorline Nissan in Crawley, said: “We’re doing all we can to help put the LEAF on the map, and we hope this fantastic campaign across the south of the country will get more women seeing for themselves why thousands of others are making the switch to electric.”
The new LEAF costs an average of two pence a mile to run and the the new battery is the highlight of an updated package that helps reinforce its position as the most capable and practical electric vehicle in the world, and with the best value.
Customers can book a test drive over one day or even take a Nissan LEAF away on a three to four-day loan.
