MORE than 100 people from across Nissan’s UK network of dealerships have won praise from the manufacturer for their achievements.
Awards have been handed out to the top performers in the following categories: sales consultants; service advisors; technicians and master technicians.
The most improved dealership staff have been given prizes too, as have 12 Dealer Ambassadors – with one ambassador named for each month of the financial year 2019-20.
We had planned to hold one of our glittering ceremonies to honour the winners.
Sadly, that has not proved possible this time due to Covid-19 and a planned gathering at Silverstone had to be cancelled.
However, all winners have been given the good news about their success and their awards are arriving with them any time now. Each one is receiving a certificate and a package of gifts, the highlight in each case being a £200 experience day voucher.
Candidates for top honours had to fulfil certain criteria before being considered. The top 20 sales consultants, service advisors, technicians and master technicians had to have achieved 100 per cent accreditation by March 31, 2020.
The dealership employing each winner must be in in the top 25 per cent in the country in terms of customer satisfaction. And each candidate must have been employed at the business continually from April 2019 to March 2020.
Nissan’s Academy Manager, Catherine Hogarty, said: ”Even though we were unable to get together this year to celebrate the success of our top-performing colleagues, we were still determined to see them rewarded for their efforts.
”Our people are our greatest asset and the continuing success of Nissan in the UK very much depends upon them. Very well done to all our 112 winners.”
