STAFF at a Nissan dealership in Bury have successfully passed the Nissan Academy Accreditation Programme.
Five members of the after-sales team at RRG Nissan Bury in Bolton Street are now accredited after completing the programme, which is designed to ensure dealership staff pass all mandatory training set by the manufacturer.
Luke Dugdill (Master Technician), Craig Whitfield (Technician), Russell Taylor (Technician), Chris Hunter (Technician) and Danielle Evans (Service Advisor) all passed and were recently presented with their awards.
The Nissan Academy Accreditation Programme – which covers all areas within the dealership – aims to support further improvements in customer quality through the individual completion of assessments and training in the key areas of core skills, processes, programmes and product knowledge.
It is developed to keep all staff members up to date with the latest technological advances in the Nissan product so that they can remain specialists in their specific roles.
Mike Prince, Dealer Principal, said: “These employees have put in a lot of hard work and effort over the last couple of months to get accreditation so I’m absolutely delighted it has paid off.
“It is great for customers to see that our staff have been accredited by the Nissan brand and know they will be given the very best service from someone whose product knowledge and expertise is second to none.”
