EXETER-based Nissan dealer, JFE Nissan, has handed over a brand new Micra to a lucky reader of a national newspaper.
Patrick Hyde, who works for Mid Devon District Council, entered a competition in the Daily Mail to win a new Nissan Micra and was amazed when he heard he had won the star prize – the fourth generation iconic city car.
‘I was completely overwhelmed when I heard I’d won, I just couldn’t believe it. I enter a lot of competitions on the off-chance that I may win, but never thought I would actually walk away with a car!’ said Hyde.
‘I am absolutely thrilled, the Nissan Micra is by far the biggest prize I have ever won and I can’t wait to get behind wheel.’
Hyde drove away in a spanking new 1.2 litre, five door, five-speed Nissan Micra Acenta worth £11,650.
Mathew Holcombe, Group Sales Director at JFE Nissan, said: ‘We’re delighted for Patrick and are confident he will enjoy his new Micra.’
