NISSAN launched its new aftersales package today, designed to be the industry’s most transparent and straightforward aftersales proposition.
Nissan Service Care – which includes flat-rate servicing – will make owning a Nissan more affordable and hassle-free than ever.
It will also assure existing and potential customers of the highest standards of care for their vehicles by building on the Nissan network’s core strengths of manufacturer-trained technicians with exceptional product knowledge and superior quality parts.
Chris Marsh, Nissan Aftersales Director, said: “We have spent a great deal of time developing Nissan Service Care, studying the market place and consulting with our customers and dealers as we wanted to get it just right. As a result, I believe we have come up with a market-leading proposition for the benefit of our new and existing customers.
“Car servicing costs can be inconsistent, making it difficult for customers to budget when it comes to service their vehicle. Nissan Service Care removes any pricing uncertainty and ambiguity, introduces a new standard of affordability and builds trust and transparency.”
The Nissan Service Care package is set at a fixed price depending on the service level required. If the vehicle is high mileage and needs extra service items to be replaced, the customer will be told and these will be made available at a fixed price.
It is available on all models except the LEAF, 350Z, 370Z, GT-R, Pathfinder, Navara, Patrol and LCV models.
