A NISSAN dealer in Cornwall has been recognised once again for providing an outstanding customer service to its disabled car buyers.
Town and Country Nissan near Marazanvose, Truro was presented with the regional award by the charity Motability for the third time in the last 12 months.
The award recognises best practice among the Motability network, made on the basis of real customer reviews and feedback.
Peter Wilson, General Manager – Dealer Relations at Motability Operations, said: “The focus of these awards is to thank our dealer partners for providing a consistently positive customer service experience, after all, they are often the first point of contact for our customers.
“It’s important for us to recognise our dealer partners who go above and beyond when representing the Motability Scheme and highlight those who are setting a great example of how to do it well, like Town and Country. Many congratulations to them on their award.”
Mick Wheeler, Sales Executive at Town and Country Nissan, said: “We are incredibly proud to win this Motability Dealer Award and are pleased to be recognised for our dedication to working in partnership with the scheme, which is renowned for its high standards.
“We look forward to continuing our award-winning approach to business and customer service and to welcoming many more Motability customers through our doors.”
The Motability scheme is a charity that provides mobility solutions for disabled people and their families in the UK.
It allows people with disabilities to use the government-funded mobility allowance to lease a new car, which makes it more affordable.
