A Wisbech dealership has gathered all the generations of the Nissan Micra together — to celebrate the launch of the latest incarnation of the iconic hatchback.
JS Holmes, on High Road, generated plenty of interest with the parade of pristine Micras, starting with a first-generation model from 1989 and a second-generation model from 1994 — both left in the dealership’s care by their owners who could no longer drive them.
Models from 2002 and 2006, owned by members of staff, joined the line-up alongside last year’s model.
As part of the launch the dealership held a VIP evening, with a magician performing magic tricks and even a cake in the shape of the all-new Micra.
Alex Holmes, Sales Director, said: “The launch weekend was a massive success and attracted a lot of interest, from those keen to see the all-new Micra and take a trip down memory lane as well.
“The cake went down a treat too!”
