LETCHWORTH dealership, Norton Way Nissan, is entering into the spirit of giving this Christmas by donating £200 with every new car sold to a choice of local charities.
Until the end of December, the retailer, located on Norton Way North, will make the donation to a choice of seven local charities when customers purchase any car from the extensive Nissan range.
Customers can choose for their donation to go to Lister Hospital, Letchworth Garden House Hospice, Luna Animal Rescue, Keech Hospice, Help For Heroes, Luton and Dunstable Hospital Neonatal ICU unit, and the Sick Children’s Trust – Acorn House.
The £200 donation is in addition to any Nissan offer, meaning that customers can enjoy a great deal and at the same time make a difference to their local community.
Jason Harris, Sales Manager, Norton Way Nissan, said: “We could go for a gimmick or throw in extras, but our customers already enjoy fantastic value and we believe that a £200 donation to a local charity of their choice is something that they will appreciate more, knowing that their purchase will have a positive impact on where they live.
“At this time of year, it’s especially important to remember those who are facing difficult times and the seven charities do incredible work in our community, helping thousands of local people. We’ve already had some nice feedback from customers and we’re hoping to have donated a significant four-figure sum to the charities by the end of the year.
“The Nissan range, plus our latest offers, includes something for everyone from the Micra hatchback to the Qashqai – the UK’s best-selling SUV – and the all-electric LEAF to beefy 370Z, so the hardest decision for customers will be where to pledge their donation.”
