It is business as usual at Charles Hurst Nissan, apart from that customers can take advantage of the brand new Contactless Sales Experience being offered at its locations in Northern Ireland.
The dealer group has launched an online car buying service for customers to easily buy their next car from home, without the need to visit the showroom.
Sales Executive Andrew Trueick has already sold cars this way to happy customers. He said: “The first customer has been thrilled with just how easy this process is and bought a car in just two days. They enquired on the car, I sent them a video and they were able to test drive it over the weekend before purchasing!”
From the point of enquiry, the sales team sends a personalised video of the vehicle to the customer. All paperwork and finance documents can be completed securely online and home delivery of the new vehicle can be arranged if you live within 40 miles of the dealerships in Belfast, Newtownabbey and Newtownards.
Marc Bunting, Sales Manager at Charles Hurst Nissan, said: “Being able to offer this to customers is so vital at the moment – for their well-being as well as my staff’s. My team and I have been pushing for it to happen and to see it working so seamlessly is fantastic.”
Franchise Manager Justin Kinnear added: “For this to be embraced across our three sites by staff and customers, especially in such difficult times, is brilliant. It’s something I’ve been passionate about making work at our dealerships and we look forward to delivering lots more cars to new buyers this way.”
