HULL’S official Nissan dealership has teamed up with a nearby shopping centre to provide a bank of fast chargers for shoppers and visitors.
Trenton Nissan worked with the Flemingate Centre in Beverley to install three charge points in its 500-space multi-storey car park.
Ian Tattersall, Innovation Specialist at Trenton Nissan, said: “We were delighted to have contributed to the installation of these fast-charging points and to be working with Flemingate to promote the benefits of electric motoring.
“We have lots of branding by the chargers and so hopefully, given the footfall at the Flemingate Centre, lots of people will be encouraged to try the LEAF for themselves.”
