STAFF at a Devon dealership have been successfully accredited by the Nissan Academy.
Hamilton Nissan, in Sidmouth, has seen several of its employees complete the accreditation programme, which is designed to ensure dealership staff pass all mandatory training set by the manufacturer.
Andy Ford (Technician), Chris Stevens (Technician), Graham Sweetland (Master Technician), Russell Manning (Service Advisor), and Andy Roche (Sales Executive) all passed and were recently presented with their awards.
The Nissan Academy Accreditation Programme ¬– which covers all areas within the dealership – aims to support further improvements in customer quality through the individual completion of assessments and training in the key areas of core skills, processes, programmes and product knowledge.
It is developed to keep all staff members up to date with the latest technological advances in the Nissan product so that they can remain the specialists in their specific roles.
Terry Jennings, General Sales Manager, said: “The staff members have undergone some rigorous courses and exams to retain their accreditation status and we are delighted to say that they have all passed with flying colours.
“This includes Graham Sweetland who has retained his Master Technician status which is the highest level of technical excellence within Nissan.’
