A DEVON Nissan dealership has a stunning new look after adopting the brand’s innovative and exciting 21st century showroom concept.
Exeter Nissan on Grace Road, Marsh Barton, now boasts one of the region’s most cutting edge car sales environments, with technology and creature comforts combined to enhance the overall customer experience.
The concept, which was developed in the UK for roll-out globally, replaces the traditional sales-focused showroom and creates a more experiential environment reflecting Nissan’s core principals of innovation and excitement.
It centres around a comfortable and stylish area where customers can enjoy a freshly brewed coffee, browse the internet and search for product information at their leisure during their visit to the dealership.
Visitors to the new-look dealership will also find:
- A high-tech ‘welcome’ screen greeting them personally and directing them to the right location
- An open-plan layout without traditional sales and service desks
- Stunning ‘halo’ displays hanging above star models and displaying key product information
- High-tech touchscreen tables at which customers can browse Nissan websites
- Sales and service staff equipped with iPads who can provide assistance throughout the showroom
- iPad stations where customers can surf the web or pass the time playing games
