A FOCUS on customer service has put Exeter’s official Nissan retailer in the running for one of the automotive world’s most prestigious annual awards.
JFE Nissan on the Marsh Barton Trading Estate has been shortlisted alongside some of the biggest players in the UK motor industry for the coveted Motor Trader Customer Care Award 2014.
The award recognises excellence in customer service and customer care across all areas of a dealership’s business – with the winner to be announced at the Motor Trader Awards on 9 July.
Matthew Holcombe, Dealer Principal at JFE Nissan, pictured, said: “We were absolutely thrilled to have been nominated for such a prestigious and well-respected award let alone to be shortlisted.
“We’re up against some very large dealerships that are part of some of the biggest groups in the industry, so it’s a real achievement to have been shortlisted alongside them.”
