NISSAN dealers across the UK have clubbed together to donate to the Earthquake relief fund in Japan.
The global initiative saw dealer contributions to the fund matched by Nissan and has raised millions for the fund.
‘Employees, dealers and staff across the world have donated to the fund,’ said Nissan GB communications director Tom Barnard. ‘The money will make a real difference in helping support those affected by the disaster.’
In the UK, £25,100 was donated by dealers – which was matched by Nissan. The dealers that contributed included:
Baileys of Canterbury, £1,000
Blackshaws Garage, £500
Crosby Park, £2,000
Dicksons of Inverness, £500
Hylton Nissan Worcester, £100
Glyn Hopkin Ltd, £11,000
