NISSAN dealer group Glyn Hopkin has been chosen for the ninth year in a row as official vehicle supplier to Tottenham Hotspur.
As part of the new agreement, Glyn Hopkin is providing the Premier League club with a fresh fleet of passenger cars and utility vehicles from across the Nissan model range.
The new fleet totals 34 Nissan vehicles, comprising 22 Qashqai, two Juke, two NV200, one Navara, four Primastar and three NV400 models. The vehicles will primarily be used by grounds and office staff, as well as by those involved in training youth players at Spurs’ Development Centre. As official vehicle supplier, Glyn Hopkin, which is now the UK’s largest volume Nissan dealer group with 13 dealerships, replaces the fleet every two years.
Fraser Cohen, Managing Director of Glyn Hopkin Ltd, said of the new deal: “The founder and Chairman of our business, Glyn Hopkin, and I are both lifelong Tottenham Hotspur fans and it is fantastic that we have established such a successful partnership with this great club. It is a real honour to be associated with a local team in the Premier League and, given the quality and aspirations of the Nissan brand, it’s great for Glyn Hopkin Group to be bringing together two top-flight brands.”
Mike Rollo, Commercial Manager at Tottenham Hotspur, said: “The club is very pleased to be continuing its long-running partnership with Glyn Hopkin, which is now in its ninth year. Our staff are all enjoying driving their new Nissans, the majority of which are white to complement the home shirts.”
