One of the UK’s busiest and best-known Nissan dealerships is under new management.
Norton Way Nissan in Letchworth Garden City is now part of Grainger Motor Group, an award-winning automotive retail company with 19 locations across Hertfordshire and East Anglia.
Grainger Motor Group has gone from strength to strength since its launch three years ago and its directors are delighted that the Grainger name is above the door at Norton Way Nissan.
The Grainger family previously owned the dealership before its acquisition by Marubeni Auto Investment in 2008.
Both Neal and Harry Grainger, founders of Grainger Motor Group and joint Managing Directors of the company, started their motor trade careers there. As such, they are familiar with the dealership and are extremely keen for its success and popularity to continue.
For customers, it will be business as usual, with a continued emphasis on delivering high-quality service across all aspects of car sales and aftersales.
At Norton Way Nissan, the manufacturer’s award-winning cars are displayed in a spacious showroom whilst dozens of used vehicles are available to view outside. A well-equipped workshop, staffed by Nissan-trained technicians, caters for everyone’s servicing and MOT requirements; and there is an electric vehicle charging area.
Back inside the building, complimentary refreshments are available in a comfortable lounge, where visitors can relax and take their time deciding which Nissan model suits them best.
Grainger Motor Group couldn’t be choosing a better time to invest with Nissan. The All New EV pairing of LEAF and MICRA will be arriving in dealerships soon; and other models in the manfacturer’s range continue to go from strength to strength.
Nissan was the only manufacturer to close out 2025 with two models among the UK’s top five best-selling cars for the year. Qashqai secured third place with 41,141 units sold; while Juke claimed fifth spot with 34,773 registrations having taken place.
