Nissan has named Megan Golub one of its Dealer Ambassadors of the Quarter.
The Bristol Street Motors Derby Nissan Service Adviser, who has worked at the showroom since June 2021, was fêted for her commitment to providing an excellent customer experience.
The Dealer Ambassador Awards are open to everyone who works in Nissan’s UK retail network.
They recognise the lengths people go to in making the lives of colleagues and customers that little bit easier, placing the focus on the delivery of first-class service.
Megan said: “I’m proud to have received this award from Nissan UK. My aim is to always make sure that every customer is treated as I would want to be treated.
“I see every customer as an individual and take the time to get to know them. I like to understand exactly what it is they want and need, and then deliver that.
“As a brand, Bristol Street Motors places a huge emphasis on customer service and that comes naturally to me, as I want every customer to feel special.”
