Primastar pricing revealed as Nissan streamlines LCV product range

Home Nissan GB News

Nissan has published pricing information for its new Primastar medium-sized van, successor to the popular and well-respected NV300, with the range starting from £24,990 (exc. VAT).

Nissan is streamlining its LCV portfolio in Europe with a product range that provides efficient mobility solutions with business customers central to its strategy – and Primastar is a key member of the refreshed line-up.

Like NV300 before it, it will be available in a range of body types, lengths and heights to suit customers’ needs. Each offers functionality and flexibility, yet all versions share the same great qualities: low running costs, generous load space and smart features.

What’s more, Nissan offers as standard a five-year/100,000-mile pan-European warranty right across its hugely popular LCV range as well as five years’ roadside assistance.

Andrew Prescott, Primastar Product Manager at Nissan Motor (GB) Ltd, said: ‘‘Primastar is a key member of Nissan’s new, all-star LCV line-up, and it helps demonstrate our commitment to business owners, today and for years to come.

‘‘With versatile conversion options, the refreshed offering provides a solution to many business challenges. We’re listening to our customers and remain committed to addressing their evolving needs. We’re sure Primastar, a worthy successor to NV300, will prove enormously popular.’’

Nissan has announced that prices are to start at just £24,990 for Visia trim-level vehicles. Key features include remote central door locking, an AM/FM/DAB audio system with Bluetooth telephone integration, alarm, cruise control with speed limiter, and LED front headlights.

Next in the range, Acenta trim level vehicles start at £26,390 and in addition are equipped with air conditioning, rear parking sensors, automatic wipers and headlights, passenger airbag and front fog lights.

Tekna-grade Primastars, priced from £27,490, boast an eight-inch touchscreen with sat nav, Android Auto and Apple Carplay; 17-inch alloy wheels; a rear view camera; electrically folding mirrors and front parking sensors.

Top-of-the range vans in Tekna+ specification – available from £28,240 – boast Lane Departure Warning, Traffic Sign Recognition, Blind Spot Detection, Intelligent Emergency Braking, auto high/low beam headlights plus keyless entry.

Primastar continues the traditions of the NV300 by being a comfortable and capable load carrier – and it certainly stands out visually.

The new van has a sharp and dynamic new look thanks to its eye-catching interlock grille, LED headlamps and reconfigured daytime running lights.

The mid-size Primastar also adds greater power with its suite of fully Euro 6d-compliant engines. These ensure customers can benefit from the latest in low-emission powertrain technology, and are available with either manual or dual-clutch automatic transmissions.
