A Nissan dealership in Norfolk has won a highly sought after Global Award from the manufacturer, in recognition of its status as one of the best-performing Nissan franchises in the UK.
The trophy for ‘Best Customer Service’ has been presented to Crayford & Abbs in Gypsies’ Lane, Bodham. The business triumphed after undergoing a rigorous judging process in which it was assessed against the best of the best in key Nissan markets around the world.
Since its inception as a main Nissan dealer in 2011, Crayford & Abbs has won Global Awards from the manufacturer on seven previous occasions. In winning this latest one, the business was praised for consistently delivering first-class service and looking after customers’ cars in the best way possible.
In addition, the team were acclaimed for their high levels of organisation, and their ‘right first time’ approach to all servicing and repair work. Numerous examples of excellent online feedback were also taken into account.

Nicolas Belaud, Aftersales Director at Nissan GB, recently presented the trophy to Kevin Abbs, Managing Director at Crayford & Abbs.

Among the VIPs present at the award handover ceremony was loyal customer Kay Hazelwood. Kay has driven dozens of Nissans (previously Datsuns) since 1968, updating her chosen mode of transport every two years. All her cars since the late ’60s have been supplied by Crayford & Abbs.
Absolutely delighted
Kay has now decided to retire from the roads, but as a friend and loyal customer of Crayford & Abbs, will always be welcome to drop in for a chat and a cuppa.
