STAFF and customers of Nissan retailer Chorley Group partied like it was 1989 at a lavish bash to mark the business’s 25th birthday.
The drinks flowed, food was scoffed and a reggae band kept everyone entertained as the group pulled out all the stops to celebrate its quarter-century in style.
And the whole thing came as a big surprise to founder Andrew Turner, who was blown away to be greeted by dozens of his closest friends and family.
From humble beginnings, when Andrew left his job to set out on his own, Chorley Group has grown massively and now operates five Nissan dealerships in Chorley, Preston, Blackpool, Burnley and Wigan.
SPM James Buxton said: “It was a cracking event with a fabulous atmosphere and everyone had a really good time.
“There was no sales agenda. It was a real celebration of the last 25 years and the people – staff and customers – who helped make them so successful.”
