Chorley Nissan is toasting the success of the new Nissan Note and Micra VIP tour after taking more than 60 orders for the new cars across its sites.
Around 500 people attended the exclusive preview evenings at the group’s dealerships in Chorley, Preston, Burnley, Blackpool and Wigan for a chance to see the new cars in the metal for the first time.
And clearly they weren’t disappointed as dozens of orders for both models were placed there and then.
Each event, all of which featured an array of family entertainment and refreshments, also generated hundreds of hot leads for the sales teams to follow up.
The event at Chorley Group’s flagship site in Chorley, which was attended by Nissan managing director, Jim Wright, proved particularly successful, with more than 130 customers old and new in attendance and 16 cars sold.
Pauline Turner, sales director at Chorley Group, said: “We were absolutely delighted with the success of all of our events, both in terms of the sales and leads they generated, and the opportunity they gave us to interact and engage with our customers.
“We put a lot of effort in to making them successful but the feedback we had from customers was fantastic and everybody really enjoyed themselves.
“We’ve also been overwhelmed by the positive response to the cars. Our customers are really impressed by them.”
Pauline added: “From our point of view, the preview tour has been a brilliant initiative and it’s really helped us generate a lot of buzz around new Note and Micra ahead of launch.”
