NISSAN has arrived in King’s Lynn with a stunning new dealership in a prime location.
EMG Nissan has opened its doors at the motor group’s Hardwick Narrows site, bringing with it Nissan’s very latest Retail Concept — a futuristic and luxury environment for customers to explore the range.
Entering the dealership, customers are greeted by a concierge service, where they can book in for appointments or make initial enquiries.
The new Nissan Qashqai, showcased under a canopy of light, is the first vehicle customers see as they enter the dealership, with the full range of models also on show in a bright and airy space.
Staff are on hand to assist customers and answer any questions, and use tablet technology to discuss vehicle options and go through the buying process in an informal, relaxed manner.
At the centre of the dealership is a spacious and comfortable area for families to relax during their visit, with hot and cold drinks and a play station to keep young children entertained.
Additionally, there’s an innovative design lab, where customers can explore the various personalisation options available across the range. Here, physical examples of trim and upholstery, and a touchscreen table, help customers visualise what their dream Nissan would look like in any colour combination.
Additionally, there’s a 15-bay workshop on site for MOTs and servicing, undertaken by EMG’s team of fully qualified Nissan technicians, and a huge forecourt for approved used CARED4 Nissans and commercial vehicles.
EMG Nissan is the first Nissan franchise for EMG Motor Group, which has eight dealerships across Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and Lincolnshire.
