A NISSAN car dealer in Exeter is big on being green, so sponsoring a local bowls tournament has proved the perfect match.
JFE Nissan Exeter, on the Marsh Barton Trading Estate, has celebrated 10 years of supporting the annual ISCA Bowling Competition, providing cash prizes for the winners.
At this year’s event players from across the region came to compete on the bowling greens, with a team from Exmouth eventually scooping the title.
Matthew Holcombe, Dealer Principal at JFE Nissan Exeter, which sells the 100% electric Nissan LEAF, said the decade-long partnership had been a great success.
Mr Holcombe said: “We love to get involved in the community and this event has been a very popular sporting competition over the past 10 years.
“We’re big on being green here at JFE Nissan Exeter so sponsoring the bowls tournament seemed like a perfect fit.
“Thanks to all those who entered and many congratulations to the winners.”
