If not, then please do the following:
- Check your dealership’s firewall settings as it may be preventing you streaming video
- Make sure you have downloaded the latest ‘Flash’ software
- If you still cannot watch the video, use an iPad or iPhone to login as there should be no problem streaming the video onto these devices
