STAFF at a Nissan dealer in Preston arrived at work in denim as part of a national charity’s annual fundraiser.
All 32 employees at Fred Coupe Nissan on Chorley Road wore jeans to support Jeans for Genes Day, held this year between September 17th-23rd.
The event is widely supported by schools and businesses across the UK, which helps support 500,000 children living with a genetic disorder in the UK, and the dealership raised £200.
Simon Davis, director, said: “The idea was brought up by one of our members of staff and we all thought it was a really good idea and something that we’ve not done before.
“We all had a great fun but at the same time raising funds for a good cause so we’ll certainly look at doing it again next year.”
