NISSAN retailer Ancaster has been named Franchised Dealership of the Year at a prestigious industry awards ceremony.
Ancaster Nissan in Penge, South London took the coveted title at the glitzy Motor Trader Awards at the Grosvenor House Hotel in central London.
The dealership fought off stiff competition from across the UK to take the title, which recognises excellence across all areas of the business.
Ancaster, which operates six Nissan dealerships in London and the Home Counties, prides itself on providing the highest levels of customer service.
Ancaster Penge employs a 60-strong team and boasts an eight-car showroom – featuring Nissan’s new 21st century retail concept – a state-of-the-art service centre, the Group’s trade parts operation and a new customer contact centre.
Receiving the award, Ancaster Managing Director, Stephen Wood, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to receive this award, the credit for which must go to the whole team at Ancaster Nissan Penge.”
He added: “A focus on providing excellent customer service runs through everything we do as a group and our Penge site is the perfect example of what can be achieved when everyone pulls in the same direction to put the customer first.”
