NV200 Apps so handy for drivers

January 10, 2013
Home Nissan GB News

TODAY we’d like to draw attention to a couple of iPhone apps for Nissan NV200 drivers which are available to download via the iTunes Apple Store.

Any Nv200 drivers you come into contact with are sure to find them useful.

Find My Van

Brought to you by Nissan’s Van of the Year 2010, the NV200, Find My Van is a clever app that enables you to park and locate your vehicle using the inbuilt GPS on your phone.

Once downloaded, an NV200 driver is able to input the precise location of a parked van using the phone’s inbuilt GPS system and bundled Google Maps software.

To find the vehicle again later, all the driver needs to do is call up Find My Van, press the compass symbol shown on the screen and accurate directions will be given to where the vehicle is parked.

Users can also add text notes/photo reference and email these details to allow co-workers to locate your vehicle too.

NV200 Manual

In addition, the complete NV200 operator manual is available to download as an iPhone app, including all the content from the existing paper manual, but with added benefits.

iPhone users can quickly access the NV200 manual and bookmark important pages, some of which are augmented by video and photo guides to help with the most common queries.

The eManual allows users to star their favourite sections to access them faster, while the ‘Fast Facts’ menu provides short-cuts to the most often used sections of the manual.

In addition, the ‘How Do I?’ section provides video and photo guides to help with the most common queries such as keyless entry, seating configuration, general vehicle orientation and more.

Finally, the ‘Warning Light’ quick guide displays all NV200 dashboard warning lights.

Simply scroll through until you find the one you’re looking for and touch for a quick explanation and link to the relevant section within the eManual.
