A WEST Yorkshire Nissan dealership will host an entertaining evening talk with one of Britain’s most successful ever sprinters and Olympic gold medallist next month.
Colin Appleyard Nissan in Keighley will stage an Evening With Darren Campbell MBE at its Coney Lane showroom at 7.30pm on Friday, March 11.
The event will also feature a charity auction and a number of competitions with exciting prizes.
But the highlight will be a talk by Campbell, who will share many anecdotes and inspirational learnings from his long and illustrious athletics career, which included winning gold for Great Britain in the 4x100m relay at the Athens 2004 Olympic Games. He will also answer questions from the audience.
The event has been organised in partnership with Nissan which is the automotive partner of Team GB and ParalympicsGB for the Rio 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Campbell is a Nissan brand ambassador.
