NISSAN dealership, Motorline Dartford, has officially opened in a prime new position, right by the Dartford Crossing.
The £4-million dealership, located just off Junction 1A of the M25 on Rennie Drive, has replaced the group’s previous showroom on Princes Road.
With its stunning kerbside appeal, the dealership has been created to showcase the quality, technology and desirability of the Nissan range of vehicles in a contemporary and beautifully designed environment, with first-class customer service the focus at all times.
The new-look Motorline Dartford encompasses Nissan’s luxurious new retail concept design, and delivers a comfortable and relaxing customer experience in welcoming and modern surroundings.
Entering the dealership, customers are greeted by a concierge service, where they can book in for appointments or make initial enquiries.
The new Nissan Micra, showcased under a canopy of light, is the first vehicle customers see as they enter the dealership, with the full range of models also on show in a bright and airy space.
Staff are on hand to assist customers and answer any questions, and use tablet technology to discuss vehicle options and go through the buying process in an informal, relaxed manner.
At the centre of the dealership is a spacious and comfortable area for families to relax during their visit, with hot and cold drinks and a play station to keep young children entertained.
Additionally, there’s an innovative design lab, where customers can explore the various personalisation options available across the range. Here, physical examples of trim and upholstery, and a touchscreen table, help customers visualise what their dream Nissan would look like in any colour combination.
Outside, the forecourt holds more than 50 CARED4 quality assured Nissans, while there’s a floor-to-ceiling glass viewpoint through to the state-of-the-art workshop, which features all the latest Nissan diagnostic equipment.
The move has also led to the creation of more than a dozen jobs in sales, service and front-of-house.
