THE Nissan Pulsar has been named the Best Family Hatchback in a national newspaper’s Car of the Year awards
The Scotsman – one of Scotland’s leading national titles – praised the Pulsar’s “reliability, value for money, and practicality”.
The paper added that it was “everything you need in a family car”.
In awarding the title, The Scotsman said: “It’s Nissan’s best car in this class since, well, since ever, and it’s our Family Hatchback of the Year.”
The win rounds off an impressive 12 months for the Pulsar. In January it was chosen as a Best Buy Family Car Under £16,000 in the hugely competitive Family Car category in the What Car? Awards.
The judges said: “The Pulsar…delivers incredible value with the entry-grade Visia. It’s hard to think of any other model in this price bracket that offers such a complete package.”
