WHAT a conference! Last week we held our Nissan Dealer Conference at The O2 and I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did.
Overall I was extremely pleased with how it went and it was great to hear from many of you as to how much you – and your better halves – enjoyed the event too.
The message we were trying to get across to you, our valued partners, was clear: We want to help make your businesses more profitable. I won’t go over how we plan to do that again – I’m sure you heard enough about that last week – but I wanted to reiterate that we’re here to support you and make your businesses a real success.
Congratulations
After the hard work during the day, we all enjoyed a superb evening and I wanted to take this opportunity to congratulate the winners of the many awards we handed out.
Special mention must go to Fraser Cohen and his team at Glyn Hopkin for taking home the award for Group of the Year. They have made fantastic improvements in quality, especially in sales and aftersales. They have really made massive strides and this award recognises that.
Secondly I’d like to congratulate Stephen Wood and the team at Ancaster Penge. They took home the award for Retailer of the Year and this marks the fact they enjoyed a tremendous year. Ancaster secured 12.5 per cent market share in their territory and secured excellent quality scores to boot. Well done to both teams and all our other valued partners that took home silverware.
