EXETER’S Motability customers can be assured of an industry-leading service from the city’s Nissan dealership after its Motability specialist was judged to be one of the best in the country.
Russell Lemon, who has worked at South West Nissan Exeter on the Marsh Barton Trading Estate for five years, was named as one of the top 10 Motability specialists in the country. Russell was awarded after outstanding customer feedback and impressing Motability with his commitment to disabled clients.
The father-of-three is one of 9,000 Motability specialists nationwide and has worked in the automotive industry for over 20 years. In his role Russell, 57, supports clients with disabilities who qualify for the hassle-free Motability scheme, matching them to their perfect Nissan.
“It’s fantastic to have the recognition,” said the photography and off-roading enthusiast. “Over the years I’ve helped more than 1,000 Motability customers and it’s been very rewarding. It’s made all the more enjoyable because the Nissan range lends itself very well to the scheme, giving customers plenty of choice and value.
