NISSAN will be trialling a new type of electric car designed purely for zipping around this month
Unveiled last year, the New Mobility CONCEPT uses a 20bhp electric motor which should provide around 50mph and 60 miles of zero-emission motoring.
And at only 2.34 metres in length, 1.19 metres wide and 1.45 metres high, it could be set to be the perfect accompaniment to urban living.
Trials of the electric car begin later this month in Japan reports TheGreenCarWebsite, with the first trial focussing on the shopping district of Yokohama and another trial concentrating on tourist regions next month.
