THE plate-change month of September is crucial for everyone in the motor industry, and I know you’ve been working hard to keep the cars moving and the customers happy.
Now the month is behind us, I can report on Nissan’s performance. I’m pleased to be able to tell you that we registered a record 21,226 vehicles – our best ever September performance.
That result was enough to secure us a market share of 5.32 per cent, especially impressive when the aggressive actions of rivals are taken into account. The rest of the year will also be demanding but we know that we can deliver, making 2012 the best year ever for Nissan in the UK.
