A LIVE video web chat hosted by the NMGB management team has been hailed a big success.
NMGB Managing Director James Wright, Sales Director Tony Lewis, Network Development and Quality Director Dave Murfitt and Aftersales Director Chris Marsh answered questions from the network on Tuesday.
Dealers submitted questions in advance – which were voted on by colleagues to ensure the most pressing issues were covered.
The management team also answered questions posted during the live video web chat, which has been devised to improve two-way communications with the network.
