Changes announced to Nissan management structure in Europe

NISSAN has announced changes to its management in Europe.

Bernard Loire has been appointed Managing Director for the Nissan West Regional Business Unit (RBU), which includes France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxemburg.

Bernard Loire, who most recently served as Managing Director, Nissan Italy, will be based at the RBU West offices in Voisins Le-Bretonneux, France. He will report to Guillaume Cartier, Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, for Nissan in Europe.

Bernard Loire replaces Pierre Boutin, who is leaving Nissan to pursue other opportunities.

Bruno Mattucci (pictured on the home page of Nissan Insider) has been promoted to Managing Director, Nissan Italy, succeeding Bernard Loire. Bruno Mattucci, who currently serves as Managing Director, Nissan Austria, will be based in Rome and also will report to Guillaume Cartier.

Bruno Mattucci also will continue with his responsibility for Nissan in Austria, reporting to Nissan Centre RBU Managing Director Thomas Hausch, until a replacement is announced.

The appointments are effective from yesterday, February 17.
